SCROLL DOWN FOR OUR CURRENT VACANCIES
The COVID Vaccination as a condition of deployment legislation is still in place and proposed changes are subject to consultation and parliamentary approval, therefore, the requirement for vaccination currently remains in place. We encourage and support vaccination uptake as this remains the best line of defence against COVID19. We will continue to ask for vaccination status as part of your pre-employment health checks as this is still in line with current legislation and NHS Employers employment check standards.
We are quite a unique organisation, we are a Registered Charity managed by a Board of Trustees.
The Charitable objective is to provide integrated, seamless healthcare for the people and local communities we serve that is safe, effective and centred around the patient.
We are a not-for-profit organisation, with no shareholders, we recycle any 'profit' made back into the business, this enables us to develop new services quickly, improve existing services and invest in our staff. We are commissioned by the NHS to deliver NHS services, we also have a small but growing insured and self-pay portfolio.
The Trust offers interesting opportunities for professional and personal development in the friendly environment. We are a small but exceptionally well-equipped hospital in the heart of the Cotswolds.
We are continuing to grow, our vision is to deliver the best in care. Everything we do is about putting people first, whether that be delivering exceptional care and support for our patients and their relatives, or providing growth and development opportunities for our team. We Care.
We are able to offer staff benefits including up to 6 weeks annual leave (dependant on length of service), and continuing membership of your existing NHS Pension scheme.
Our salary structure is similar to that of the NHS, however, we are also a living wage employer, no member of our team is paid less than the living wage.
