The service I have received has been outstanding. The whole process for me has been brilliant from initial consultancy through to the operation. On the day itself, the care and compassion shown by the staff was brilliant right through from admission to discharge. Further, a follow up call post weekend was also received. I could not have asked for more. There is a genuine care culture within this hospital which most certainly puts patients and their wellbeing first and foremost.

I was very anxious about having my operation and everyone was incredibly supportive and helped calm me down prior. The experience from start to finish was just wonderful. I’m now nearly 4 weeks post op and feel truly fixed, no issues at all and I’m so very grateful to everyone in the team. Thank you so very much for being kind, caring and doing what you do.

Arrived around 10:15. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Warned of likely 1 hour wait. Seen with 30 minutes and out in under 1 hour. Two nurses who also friendly and seemed knowledgeable. All in all a great experience.

All the nurses were super lovely, especially Hannah who was mainly with me, very kind and talked through everything thoroughly and made me feel so comfortable before my op, took really good care of me and she was wonderful. Doctors and anaesthesiologist were also great and thoroughly walked through everything and gave me many chances to ask questions.

All staff members were brilliant, very caring and attentive and made the experience easy. Big thank you to Mr Mcilroy and his amazing team (unfortunately I can’t remember there names) but all 3 ladies/nurses I saw today were fantastic.
