VACANCY - TEAM ADMINISTRATOR

An opportunity has arisen for experienced Team Administrator to join the team at Tetbury Hospital on a permanent, full time basis
(30 -37.5 hours per week)

The Organisation
Tetbury Hospital is an Independent Charitable Trust and on behalf of the local community, provides NHS and some private health care. The Opportunity
The post holder’s prime responsibility will be to support the Management Team in delivering a first-class hospital service to our local community. They will be responsible for supporting the recruitment processes and monitoring the completion of continued professional development within the organisation. The role holder will provide administrative support to the Chief Executive, Medical Director and Matron, whilst also supporting non-clinical heads of departments in managing their administration needs, for example keeping our estates and facilities reports correctly filed and assisting our fundraising team in preparing newsletters and communications to staff and donors.

The Ideal Candidate
The role holder will be very organised, open to learning new skills, and enjoy working as part of a team and within a busy hospital environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Excellent organisation and communication skills

• Maths and English GCSE A-C(or equivalent)

• Excellent typing accuracy and minute taking skills

• Excellent Microsoft knowledge of Excel and Word

• Understanding of confidentiality and data protection act

Prior experience of recruitment processes, and basic HR / employment legislation would be desirable but it is not essential as full training on our policies will be given during your induction, and the role is supported by eternal HR consultants.

The Package
We can offer 30 -37.5 hours per week with an hourly pay rate of between £9.76-10.79 (Pay award pending) P/ hr. This role is a Grade S (NHS Band 3 equivalent). The Hospital offers staff benefits which include pension scheme (continuation in the NHS pension is possible subject to pension rules) and a starting full-time holiday entitlement of 25 days holiday (plus Bank holidays).
