Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Mr Farrier treats NHS and private patients at Tetbury Hospital Trust.

Mr Farrier qualified from the University of Wales College of Medicine in dentistry in 1982 and then medicine in 1997. He joined the GMC Specialist Register for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery following completion of his training in South Wales.

Mr Farrier has been a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Consultant at the Gloucestershire Royal and Cheltenham General hospitals since 2006.

He is a fellow of both the British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Association of Facial Plastic Surgeons. Mr Farrier has completed fellowships in aesthetic facial surgery in Cambridge and Harley Street, London and in head and neck trauma and facial deformity surgery in Cape Town, South Africa. He has lectured both at university and international level, has published many papers and continues to be involved in maxillofacial research and attending courses to stay relevant.

His in depth understanding of facial muscles, skin types, nerve supply and the underlying facial framework means he can offer facial cosmetic treatments confidently and safely.
