The Registered Manager and Accountable Officer for Tetbury Hospital is Mrs Zena Dalton, the designated Executive for safeguarding who sits on the Board of Trustees is the Chairman Mr Stephen Hirst, the Safeguarding lead is Matron Susan Probert. Named professionals are clear about their roles and have sufficient time and support to undertake them. There is a rolling programme of training within the Trust to ensure that all eligible staff are trained at level 1. Those who come into contact with children whilst performing their role are trained to level 2, and those that treat children and are responsible for policy development and adherence will be trained to level 3
