Tetbury Hospital offers first class care at affordable prices. Because we are a charity, our priority is not shareholder value, but to deliver excellence in all aspects of patient care.
Patients can take advantage of this care in a number of ways:
1. By referral from their GP, Clinical or Surgical Consultant
2. Through private medical insurance, whether a personal or corporate policy. Tetbury Hospital participates in all these networks: BUPA, AXA PPP, Clinicare, Norwich Union, Standard Life, WPA, Pruhealth and Civil Service Health.
3. By direct payment to the hospital. When we quote for fixed price surgery, everything is included- anaesthetics, dressings, and both pre- and post- operative appointments. There are no hidden extras.
Private treatment suits a range of conditions, whether fixed price surgery, physiotherapy, X-rays, or outpatients. Patients benefit from reduced waiting times, and they can have treatment when it is most convenient for their needs and lifestyle. The patient feels more in control.
